Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Synerge Technologies Inc., 120 Adelaide Street West, Suite 2500 Toronto, Ontario M5H 1T1, Canada.
  • Leads refer to the project leads offered for sale on the Synerge platform.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase contact information of a Lead from Us.
  • Service refers to the Synerge Platform App accessible from https://app.synerge.io
  • Website refers to Synerge, accessible from http://synerge.io
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Refund Rights

You are entitled to submit a refund request within 14 days if the contact information for a Lead is invalid or Lead is fake. If any one contact channel (email or phone) is valid, the contact information will be assumed valid.

If You are able to contact the customer but the customer is not responding to your phone calls, messages or emails. The contact information will be considered valid and no refund will be allowed.

The deadline for submitting refund request is 14 days from the date on which You received the Lead information.

In order to exercise Your right of refund, you must submit a Refund Request via Synerge Platform.

We will verify the contact information and if We determine that the contact information is invalid or lead is fake, we will refund You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the request. Refund will be issued in the form of Synerge credits and the same number of credits that were used to unlock the Lead contact information will be added back to your credit balance.

The decision to approve or reject a refund request will be taken by Synerge team on its sole discretion and will be full and final.

In case of account closure, Synerge credit balance will not be refunded.
